1. Scope

This policy covers the internal tools operated by Inseason Packaging under the domain inseasonerp.com, including the "rclone-inseason" backup application that connects to Google Drive. These tools are used only by Inseason Packaging and its authorised staff.

2. Google user data we access

The backup application requests only the Google Drive drive.file scope. With this scope it can see and manage only the files and folders it has created itself. It cannot read, list or modify any other file in the connected Google Drive.

3. How the data is used

The application uploads encrypted copies of the company's own server backups to the company's own Google Drive account, and deletes old backup copies according to a retention schedule. No Google user data is used for any other purpose.

4. Sharing and storage

Google user data is not sold, shared with, or transferred to any third party, and is not used for advertising or to train any model. OAuth tokens are stored only on the company's own server.

5. Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
